Job summary

McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead on-site management of MEP works on high value projects. You will ensure safe, quality delivery within budget and programme, coordinating with Civils, Structural and Architectural teams, and liaising with project managers as required.

The role requires CSCS/SMSTS, a valid driving licence, and electrical or mechanical trade qualifications, with a strong focus on safety and compliance across all site activities.

Qualifications

• CSCS/SMSTS qualification required.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Electrical and/or mechanical trade qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management of Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) works for sub-contractors.
• Coordinate MEP activities with Civils/Structural/Architectural site teams.
• Review sub-contractor method statements and risk assessments; monitor compliance.
