Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting mechanical and electrical quantity surveyors to join its London office. The roles span from Assistant to Associate, with projects ranging across high-profile residential, commercial fit-out, and large mixed-use developments, including overseas work if desired.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and have PQS experience in M&E, plus a track record on property/building projects from inception to completion and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree required for the role.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) on the M&E side.
• Experience on Property/Building projects from inception to completion.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale M&E projects, including public sector schemes.
• Contribute to projects from inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver value on time and budget.
