Qualifications

• Experience as MEP Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong cost-control and procurement knowledge.
• Proven ability to review contract documents and manage variations.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of MEP packages, ensuring accurate cost estimates and tender docs.
• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and benchmarking analysis.
• Assist procurement, evaluate tenders and review variations and final accounts.
• Support project cost control and reporting to Senior MEP Commercial Manager.
