An exciting opportunity has opened up for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading, forward-thinking Built Environment Consultancy based in Reading.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be working across a diverse range of public and private sector projects, including large-scale Industrial and Commercial schemes, Healthcare, Defence, Government, and Insurance.

From £30m+ new builds to smaller specialist schemes, you’ll be involved in all stages of pre- and post-contract work, delivering high-quality M&E cost consultancy services and playing a key role in shaping project outcomes.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

The ideal M&E Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree/vocational qualification (or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of M&E costs, contracts, and proposals.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy.
• Pre and Post Contract experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A clean UK driving licence.
