An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) Project Manager will be responsible for executing complex, high-security facility and infrastructure projects. This role centres on safety compliance, project delivery, and stakeholder management across campuses.

• Role involves end-to-end delivery of MEP installations from pre-construction through testing and handover.

• Safety & compliance: enforce health and safety procedures under CDM legislation.
• Project delivery: direct end-to-end management of MEP works from start to handover.
• Commercial & schedule control: monitor budgets and keep the project on program.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate daily activity briefings and liaise with partners and clients.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety procedures, including specific standards and Principle Contractor duties under CDM legislation.
• Project Delivery: Direct end-to-end management of MEP installations from pre-construction through to testing, commissioning, and snag-free handover.
• Commercial & Schedule Control: Monitor project budgets, optimize commercial performance, and ensure delivery stays on program.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate daily activity briefings, manage contractors, and liaise with partner organizations and clients.
