An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) Project Manager will be responsible for executing complex, high-security facility and infrastructure projects. This role centres on safety compliance, project delivery, and stakeholder management across campuses.

Qualifications

• An MEP Project Manager will oversee complex facility and infrastructure projects with a focus on safety compliance.
• Role involves end-to-end delivery of MEP installations from pre-construction through testing and handover.
• Experience with managing stakeholders across campuses and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Safety & compliance: enforce health and safety procedures under CDM legislation.
• Project delivery: direct end-to-end management of MEP works from start to handover.
• Commercial & schedule control: monitor budgets and keep the project on program.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate daily activity briefings and liaise with partners and clients.
