Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our UK team in Denham. You will be responsible for delivering major electrical or mechanical packages on a high-profile infrastructure project, ensuring quality, safety and adherence to budget and schedule.

You will work with pre-contract and production teams, drive continuous improvement, report progress and risks, and build strong relationships with customers to support future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major projects with electrical or mechanical bias.
• Strong leadership and team engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of project engineering in manufacturing or construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical or mechanical packages and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive Health & Safety practices and a 'Safety first' culture.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities with mitigation plans.
• Provide accurate progress updates for site and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external legislation.
• Lead and manage project teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Support project closure with quality, commercial targets and compliance.
