Job summary

AA Euro Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced MEP Package Manager to lead the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical and public health packages on a major infrastructure project. You will coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, drive programme delivery and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

You will oversee procurement through to commissioning and handover, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and optimise cost performance while meeting client

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or building services.
• Proven experience managing MEP packages on large construction projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with design coordination, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery: manage MEP packages from procurement through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, public health and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor MEP programme activities.
• Identify and manage project risks and constraints related to MEP works.
• Ensure timely installation, testing and quality compliance.
• Review subcontractor valuations and change control processes.
• Monitor budgets and report cost performance.
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards.
