Senior Technical Services Manager | Hyperscale Data Centres | London

Lead the technical delivery of some of Europe's most advanced mission-critical projects.

Salter Grange is partnering with a leading international contractor delivering complex Data Centre and mission-critical developments across the UK and Europe.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join a high-performing team in London. Reporting to the Data Centre MEP Lead, you will oversee the delivery of all MEP systems from design coordination through commissioning and handover on major Data Centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design management, technical reviews, and coordination activities.
• Drive BIM coordination and resolve technical and interface challenges.
• Manage M&E subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, programme, and technical compliance.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of all building services.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and Data Centre requirements.
• Mentor and support Technical Services teams across the project.

About You

• Degree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years' experience within MEP construction or Building Services.
• Strong technical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
