Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced MEPH Project Manager to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems for a major hyperscale data centre campus in the North East of England. The role is client-side and focuses on leadership, coordination, monitoring and technical oversight through design, planning, installation, energisation readiness, commissioning, integration and handover.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hyperscale data centres, mission-critical

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering MEPH systems on large-scale projects.
• Experience working on hyperscale data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV distribution, generators, UPS, cooling, process water, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP strategies for future phases and overall delivery.
• Coordinate design development, commissioning readiness and handover.
• Manage supplier and contractor deliverables, reviews and issue resolution.
• Oversee integration and interface management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and project delivery culture.
