Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking an MEP Operations Manager to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical in the London region. You will lead production across multiple live sites, ensuring safety, programme delivery and project profitability while supporting preconstruction and construction phases.

The role requires a Degree/HND in Construction, professional qualification or progression toward membership, CSCS and SMSTS, and proven operational delivery experience within Building Services with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Degree/HND in Construction is required.
• Professional qualification or working towards membership of a Professional Body.
• CSCS card and SMSTS are required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the safety, health, and environmental culture across projects.
• Managing the efficient execution of contracts and advising project teams.
• Taking full responsibility for production functions from award to completion.
• Managing project finances including revenue, costs, cashflow, and prelim spend.
• Line management of project staff with performance development plans.
