Job summary

Kier Group in London is seeking an MEP Operations Manager to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical. You will lead production across several live sites, manage resources, budgets and safety, and drive on-time delivery and quality while maximizing project profitability.

You will hold a Degree/HND in Construction, be professionally qualified or working towards professional body membership, and possess CSCS and SMSTS.

Qualifications

• Degree/HND in Construction or equivalent.
• Professional body membership or working towards one.
• CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Operational delivery and pre-construction experience in Building Services.
• Strong management and communication skills with safety focus.
• Commercial awareness and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health and environmental culture across sites.
• Oversee efficient contract execution with pre-construction and construction teams.
• Take responsibility for production functions from award to completion.
• Manage project finances including revenue, costs, cashflow, and prelim spend.
• Line-manage project staff and develop performance plans.
