Job summary

Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. We seek an experienced MEP Engineer to manage delivery for an asset within the SCS scope, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with the contract program.

You will coordinate with suppliers, design teams and the asset team to deliver a compliant, safe and efficient project. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, NEC contract knowledge, and strong collaboration and

Experience delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems
Knowledge of NEC construction contracts
Professional qualification or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, environmental compliance on site and with the contract programme.
Identify quality risks and manage inspections, snags and resolutions with suppliers.
Coordinate interface between temporary and permanent works designs.
Prepare for delivery with resources, procurement, consents and prestart documentation.
Liaise with Project Manager, Design/Engineering, QA and cost control; manage stakeholder relationships.
Maintain daily site diary and communicate instructions from client/design team.
