An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MEP Senior Cost Manager to join our busy Real Estate team in London. Supporting clients across various sectors, the role involves leading MEP-specific deliverables within larger projects or direct MEP commissions such as asset upgrades.
The candidate must be self-motivated, client-facing (internal & external), capable of managing multiple projects and clients. Responsibilities include establishing budgets, early estimating, cost planning, managing design teams to budgets, tendering, procurement, and post-contract reporting. The role also involves managing other Cost Managers and Assistant Cost Managers within the MEP team.
A strong knowledge of MEP systems and supply chains is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and robustly with main contractors and their supply chains.
The successful candidate will mentor colleagues, help develop MEP digital systems and tools, promote MEP within the company, and engage with the MEP community (engineers, contractors, manufacturers).
