PSR Solutions are recruiting a Senior MEP Commercial Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor in Central London. The role covers pre-construction through delivery on major developments with values in the hundreds of millions.

You will lead commercial teams, shape procurement strategies, manage cost control, valuations and change, and work with senior project leadership to drive final accounts and risk management.

Job description

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Commercial Manager to join a highly regarded Tier 1 main contractor, working across a major portfolio of projects in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP commercial professional to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of major developments already progressing through pre-construction and PCSA stages, with significant projects expected to move into delivery over the coming years.

The business has a highly experienced MEP and commercial leadership team, a collaborative culture and a strong track record of delivering major London schemes.

The Projects

The current pipeline includes a range of major Central London developments, including:

• Large-scale mixed-use and residential developments
• Major office and retail schemes
• Projects with values running into the hundreds of millions
• Multiple schemes currently progressing through PCSA/pre-construction

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become involved from the pre-construction stage and remain involved throughout procurement, delivery and final account.

The Role

As Senior MEP Commercial Manager, you will play a key role within the MEP commercial function, working closely with senior operational and MEP leadership.
