Qualifications

• Mechanical Building Services degree qualified with CEng (or working towards).
• Proficient in the use of Hevacomp design or other appropriate software.
• Familiar with IES Virtual Environment modelling software.
• Competent in designing coordinated service runs.

Responsibilities

• Produce Mechanical building services engineering designs.
• Execute projects within defined parameters.
• Prepare technical specifications and reports.
• Represent the company at client meetings.
• Design quality reviews/audits as required.

Mechanical Building Services knowledge

Proficient in Hevacomp

IES Virtual Environment experience

NBS specifications competency

Coordination with electrical colleagues

BIM level 2 knowledge

Knowledge of Water Regulations

Quality assurance understanding

Building Regulations experience
