Qualifications

• Degree qualified with CEng (or working towards).
• Familiar with Building Regulations requirements.
• Ability to manage a small project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Produce Mechanical building services engineering designs.
• Execute projects within defined design, programme and cost parameters.
• Prepare technical specifications and design risk assessments.

Skills

Mechanical Building Services degree

Proficient in Hevacomp design software

Experience with IES Virtual Environment

Competent in NBS specification writing

Knowledge of Water Regs and CIBSE guides
