Job summary

Skilled Careers seeks an experienced MEP BIM Manager to join the in-house design team and drive BIM delivery across high-value schemes, notably within Commercial and Data Centre sectors. You will lead coordination from Stage 3 onwards and collaborate with external bureaus to ensure quality and compliance.

Strong Revit/Navisworks skills and a proven ability to shape front-end design strategies are essential, with a focus on risk mitigation and industry-standard outputs. "

Qualifications

• Proven background as an MEP BIM Manager or Lead Coordinator.
• Strong early-stage experience (Stage 3 and earlier) in front-end design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and related digital engineering tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management with external partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP BIM coordination and modelling from Stage 3 onwards.
• Coordinate with external BIM/design bureaus to ensure quality and compliance.
• Review and audit MEP models to identify clashes and ensure constructability.
• Apply early-stage design experience to shape project delivery strategies and mitigate risks.
• Ensure all models and outputs meet client and industry standards.
