Academics is partnering with an Outstanding primary school in Ware to recruit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) from October 2026. The successful candidate will receive exceptional mentoring, a supportive team, and structured professional development as they begin their teaching career.

You will deliver engaging lessons, foster an inclusive classroom, and build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, contributing to a school that invests in its staff and offers progression beyond

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is due to achieve QTS before September 2026.
• Passionate about teaching primary-aged children.
• Creates engaging, imaginative lessons that encourage every child to succeed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, engaging lessons that bring learning to life.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistant to provide the best possible learning experience.
• Help children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
