Working in Health Care allows you to make a positive impact on vulnerable individuals and deliver high standards of patient transition care responsibly. You will support the Deputy Care Operations Manager (DCOM) in managing and developing the team to provide high-quality patient transitions.
We seek experienced, caring, and committed Mental Health Transport Team Leaders with engaging approaches who want to enhance their skills in the Mental Health sector.

Position: Mental Health Transport Assistant Team Leader, full-time, 40.3 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, alternating days and nights.
Note: Flexibility is required due to patient care needs, with potential schedule adjustments. Compensation includes a blended rate of £13.74/hour, with additional payments for overtime, night, and special activities, starting from an annual salary of approximately £28,839.51. Further details to be discussed during interviews.
