Qualifications

• Level 2 health & social care qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for making a difference.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic and creative within the care sector.
• Experience of mental health needs and challenging behaviours, from work or life experience.
