Requirements

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, able to build rapport with students, resilient, flexible, nurturing, and quick-thinking to adapt to challenging situations. Candidates should have relevant experience within the last 2 years, with professional, performance-based references. Training in Team Teach is preferred; Vision offers free training to successful applicants.

The Role

This role supports young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties in a specialist school. Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:00, is preferred. The position starts as a supply role with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Candidates should be prepared to complete necessary training before starting. Immediate registration is encouraged.
