Search Healthcare is working with a nationally recognized healthcare provider to source experienced support workers for mental health units. The role involves supporting vulnerable service users in their daily routines.

The Role:

The primary focus of this job is supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and other needs. You will be expected to work flexible shifts, including regular weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience as a support worker, preferably with mental health or learning disabilities. Candidates who have completed MAPA/PMVA training are especially encouraged to apply.
