Support Worker

Search Health-care is working with a nationally recognized healthcare provider to source experienced support workers for mental health units. The role involves supporting vulnerable service users in their daily routines.

The Role

The main focus is supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties and learning disabilities. Flexibility in shifts is required, including regular weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience as a support worker, preferably with mental health or learning difficulties. MAPA/PMVA training is highly desirable.
