Job summary

MPL Care Homes is seeking two dedicated Mental Health Support Workers in Felixstowe to join our compassionate team. You will provide high-quality care for residents with complex mental health needs, support daily activities, and help residents achieve independence.

You will work 36 hours per week on a full-time basis, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, and benefit from ongoing training, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career progression within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents with complex mental health needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Monitor and report on residents' progress and changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
