Job summary

Accordia Care Group in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our supported living service. You will provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in their own homes, helping them live meaningful lives within their community.

The role offers sector-leading training, clear progression and strong job stability. You will work 48 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, at £13.21 per hour with enhanced overtime rates;

• Experience working with mental health, autism, challenging behaviours and learning disabilities.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a wider team.
• Willingness to be trained in restraint techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in their homes in Epsom.
