This temporary role offers day or night shifts on 12-hour patterns, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Bank holidays are paid at 1.5x, and opportunities exist to gain valuable experience in mental health and supported living services across several locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or support work is desirable.
• Ability to work across multiple Greater Manchester sites.
• Commitment to high-quality care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and emotional wellbeing.
• Support service users with daily living activities and personal development.
• Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and community participation.
• Follow individual support plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in service users' mental health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive living environment.
