We’re looking for compassionate and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Aylesbury. In this role, you’ll provide person-centered support to help individuals enhance their well-being and independence.
We offer flexible shifts to fit your schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Your Responsibilities:
Offer emotional and practical support to adults with mental health needs
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and meal preparation
Encourage social inclusion by supporting individuals in community activities
Work collaboratively within a supportive team to create a positive environment
Utilize kitchen skills for meal planning and preparation
Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset

What We’re Looking For:
A caring, proactive attitude toward supporting individuals with mental health needs
Understanding of mental health challenges and effective support strategies
Experience with meal preparation and kitchen tasks (preferred)
Ability to provide respectful and empowering support
Willingness to work a variety of shifts
Previous experience in healthcare or social care (desirable but not required)
A driving license (preferred)
