Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker

Location:	Tadley, Hampshire
Salary:	£12.47 per hour plus benefits
Hours:	0 hours per week, between 7.00 am and 9:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis
Contract:	Part-time, Bank
Driving Requirement:	A valid full UK manual driving license is essential
Right to Work:	Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. No skilled worker visas are available.

Heather House is a specialized nursing home providing care for sixteen young adults with complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities, including Juvenile Batten disease (CLN3) and Rett syndrome. Despite their challenges, they lead fulfilling lives in a supportive environment.

Essential Criteria

Experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Physical and Learning Disabilities
• Complex Health Needs
• Juvenile Batten Disease (CLN3)
• Neurodegenerative Conditions

What you will be doing

As a Female Support Worker, you will:

• Assist with daily care: Personal care, meal prep, and other daily tasks.
• Build relationships: Understand individual needs and support their independence.
• Encourage independence: Support personal goals and creative pursuits.
• Support social activities: Participate in holidays, events, and hobbies.
• Respect and dignity: Treat individuals and families with respect and equality.
