Day Support Worker

Mental Health Rehabilitation – Brookhaven & The Hamptons
Bamber Bridge, Preston
Full-Time Day Shifts – 38.5 Hours Per Week
£12.60 per hour / £25,225.20 per year
7:45am – 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Active Pathways is recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join Brookhaven, our 23-bed mixed-gender open rehabilitation service in Bamber Bridge, Preston. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in supporting individuals with enduring mental health needs to lead independent, fulfilling lives.

Brookhaven and our sister service, The Hamptons, provide long-term treatment and support for adults facing complex mental health challenges. Care is delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team and focuses on inclusion, skills development, risk reduction, and relapse prevention.
