Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Project Worker in Middlesbrough, working 37.5 hours per week at Bransby Court. The role offers £13.87 per hour and focuses on supporting people with mental health needs to build independence and recovery through personalised plans and activities.

You'll join a compassionate team in a CQC-registered service, with training and development opportunities, and a commitment to an inclusive culture and flexible working where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with mental health needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with mental health challenges.
• Lived experience valued and helpful in crisis support.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with mental health needs to build independence.
• Encourage progress toward managing positive mental health.
• Provide one-to-one support when needed.
• Promote safety through risk assessments and reviews.
• Assess needs and update support plans with group activities.
