Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EMHP Supervisor to oversee EMHPs/CWP within Oxfordshire MHST. The role includes caseload management, clinical supervision, and delivering low-intensity interventions in school settings.

You will triage referrals, support trainees, and contribute to Whole School Approach activities while meeting BABCP/BPS supervision requirements. DBS checks are part of onboarding and the post supports career development.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate or Graduate Certificate in Brief Evidence-Based Interventions for Children and Young People (CWP or EMHP) from an approved training course.
• Accreditation as EMHP or CWP with BABCP or BPS.

Responsabilités

• Offer caseload management and clinical skills supervision to qualified and trainee EMHPs/CWP in the service.
• Hold a caseload of young people, lead clinical assessments and low-intensity interventions in MHST schools.
• Triaging and allocating referrals per service protocols.
• Provide signposting or refer to other services when referrals are not suitable.
• Support EMHP trainees with role modelling and supervision in recovery.
• Support Whole School Approach activities and deliver associated workshops.
