Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for Senior Mental Health Support Team Practitioners to work with school-based teams in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. You will be an EMHP or CWP or equivalent with substantial CAMHS post-qualification experience.

You will lead on early intervention, deliver evidence-based interventions, supervise staff, and collaborate with schools and partners to strengthen service delivery and outcomes for CYP with mental health needs.

Qualificações

• Fully qualified and registered EMHP or CWP or equivalent.
• Significant post-qualification experience in CAMHS.
• Experience supervising other practitioners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the delivery of MHST services to designated schools.
• Manage a complex caseload with specialist assessment and care planning.
• Provide supervision of staff and professional development.
• Contribute to quality standards, audits and practice reviews.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and risk management plans.
• Engage with service users, carers and school partners.
