Job Role

• Responsible for operational management of a recovery-focused service for individuals with mental health needs.
• Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and students, ensuring effective deployment to meet service user needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop support plans, and coordinate person-centred reviews with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring a welcoming environment for service users.

Requirements

• You must have a minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities.
• Essential qualifications include RMN/DipSW degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and a person-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service users and professionals are essential.

Annual Salary: £30,000-£31,000
