Job Title: Project Manager

Up to £30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering design, campaign, physical, and technical elements of retail experiences and long-term furniture programmes.
- Support the development of temporary pop-up designs that will evolve and scale in the coming years.
- Maintain project documents to ensure disciplined project management and on-time delivery.
- Act as a liaison between global fixture vendors, graphic companies, and marketing teams to resolve asset-related issues.
- Utilise internal tools to manage payment activities and prepare spend tracking documents.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) through internal systems.
- Collaborate on process development to drive efficiencies across various programme activities.
- Organise weekly vendor partner conference calls to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Be proactive in learning and taking on tasks to support the broader team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant retail physical project management experience in large organisations.
- Strong experience working with retail partners is essential.
- Proven ability to create and maintain project trackers across multiple programmes and stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of retail fixture production and implementation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail; able to spot inconsistencies and errors.
- Experience managing budgets effectively.
- Strong conflict management skills, addressing stakeholder issues swiftly to maintain team spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, flexible, and positive attitude.
- Experience navigating diverse organisational cultures and structures.
