We are seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to support Looked After Children in community residential settings, offering a blended clinical consultative and direct therapeutic service, including staff

Qualifications

• Experience working with Looked After Children and young people in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for children and young people.
• Ability to assess and manage mental health needs including trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide blended clinical consultation and direct therapeutic work for Looked After young people.
• Assess needs and develop care plans in partnership with residential teams.
• Deliver supervision, training, and guidance to care staff.
• Document and report outcomes using routine measures.
