Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced manager to lead the Adult Placement Service for specialist mental health placements. You will ensure service delivery aligns with commissioning, clinical requirements and governance, while supporting service users through care pathways with recovery-focused principles.

Qualifications

• First degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional qualification in health or social care.
• Professional registration with NMC or HCPC or other relevant body.
• Management Training.
• Management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the provision of all placements for specialist mental health services.
• Ensure placements meet user needs, governance, and financial accountability.
• Lead and supervise the Adult Placement Service team.
• Coordinate with commissioners on budgeting and procurement.
• Develop policies, risk assessments, and quality standards for placements.
