As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical and medical care to our residents, while also leading and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment. Main duties of the job

The Mental Health Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care for our residents. This hands-on role will involve leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where residents feel secure, respected, and able to maintain their dignity and self-respect. The successful candidate will have a caring nature, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changes at short notice. They will also be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.

Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
