As an experienced Mental Health Nurse from the NHS or private sector in the UK, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals. What you will be doing:

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure that adult women in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions, receive high-quality care. You will also support colleagues and promote positive teamwork.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate nursing care to service users
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting service user changes and maintaining accurate records
