Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a service model that works in partnership with local services to meet the needs of those presenting with complex mental health needs together?
Telford and Wrekin Community Mental Health service provide assessment and evidence based interventions for people who presenting with complex mental health difficulties that are significantly impacting on their daily life alongside our partner organisations.
We are looking for a Senior Nurse Practitioner to the join our team to work alongside our primary care practitioners and wider partners to support the delivery of our service.
Main duties of the jobThe successful applicant will need to encourage effective engagement of this those presenting with complex mental health needs, utilising excellent communication skills, whilst maintaining compassion and hope through every contact. We incorporate a trauma informed psychological approach which aims to increase people's independence, working towards an improved quality of life.
There is an emphasis on team based multi-disciplinary decision making which lends itself to creating a supportive environment for staff. We also value a culture of active service and personal development for all staff.
