Job summary

Elysium Healthcare’s Arbury Court in Warrington is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to women in medium, low secure, and PICU settings.

You will be NMC registered with a relevant nursing qualification, provide compassionate care, mentor colleagues, document care, and support recovery while benefiting from a comprehensive rewards package and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have completed your Preceptorship.
• Registered nurse with a relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
• Experience in adult mental health in the NHS or private sector preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The Wards Are Busy, With Plenty To Keep You Engaged And Motivated, And a Good Amount Of Routine And Variety. Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

Where You Will Be Working

Location: Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR

Arbury Court provides medium and low secure care and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women aged 18 years and over with Personality Disorder (PD) and mental illness. Each service within the site has a unique focus, ensuring that the needs of all women can be met. Patients can move through services as their needs change, to focus on the next step in their recovery journey.

The service offers a personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathway for women with complex needs. Using the rehabilitation and recovery treatment approach, we ensure that care is focused on the person.
