Elysium Healthcare is looking for a Lead Social Worker at Arbury Court, Warrington to manage a caseload of service users with mental health conditions. You will lead adult safeguarding and support recovery, while also supervising junior staff.

Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will manage and support a caseload of up to service users with mental health conditions. You will be responsible for assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals, Managers Hearings and will be requested to supervise junior staff members.
As a manager of the team, you will lead and promote adult safeguarding and will empower recovery to encourage service users to engage in their care plans and achieve their goals.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be supported regionally and will have access to a variety of training and online courses to support your career development and growth.
Location: Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR. Arbury Court provides medium and low secure care and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women aged 18 years and over with Personality Disorder (PD) and mental illness. Each service within the site has a unique focus, ensuring that the needs of all women can be met. Patients can move through services as their needs change, to focus on the next step in their recovery journey. The service offers a personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathway for women with complex needs. Using the rehabilitation and recovery treatment approach, we ensure that care is focused on the person.
