Job summary

Willing care is seeking an experienced RMN to deliver person-centred mental health care to young service users in Horley, United Kingdom. You will develop care plans tailored to individual recovery goals and work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, documentation, and supporting emotional wellbeing through therapeutic interventions, while fostering a compassionate, patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• RMN registration with the NMC current.
• Preceptorship completed (essential).
• Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people's mental health recovery.
