Job summary

Elevated & Co Limited is seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support children and young people with complex care and mental health needs in home and community settings.

You will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care, working closely with families and wider healthcare professionals, with flexible agency shifts and potential block bookings, and ongoing recruitment support. Rates up to £35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• NMC PIN is valid and up to date.
• Experience working with children and young people is desirable.
• Medication administration experience and safeguarding knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care within children's homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.

North West & Midlands

Up to £35 per hour

Children’s Complex Care – Home & Community Based

Elevated&Co is currently recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support children and young people with complex care and mental health needs.

You will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care within children’s homes and community settings, working closely with families and wider healthcare professionals.

What we’re looking for:

• Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
• Valid NMC PIN
• Enhanced DBS – Update Service preferred
• Right to Work in the UK
• Previous mental health nursing experience
• Experience working with children and young people desirable
• Previous complex care experience highly desirable
• Medication administration experience
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Confident managing challenging situations and de-escalation
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently within a home/community setting
