What You Will Be Doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure that individuals with mental illnesses, including those with personality disorders, receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing compassionate, effective nursing care
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
3. Mentoring and supporting team members
4. Monitoring and recording service user changes and maintaining accurate records

Where You Will Be Working

You will work at Barnet Lane Clinic, a 30-bed rehabilitation service for individuals with mental illnesses, including personality disorders. The focus is on supporting individuals to achieve greater independence and build a better quality of life.
