Job summary

Cygnet Paddocks in Widnes is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation team. You will deliver person-centred mental health and rehab support across day and night shifts, including weekends, as part of a dedicated care pathway for men with ABI or neurological conditions.

Applicants should have experience in mental health or care settings, strong communication and teamwork, and a resilient, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, care or support settings.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Calm, compassionate and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to service users.
• Assist with daily living activities and therapeutic routines.
• Collaborate with nurses, clinicians and wider team to deliver high-quality care.
• Monitor and report changes in wellbeing and safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean and therapeutic environment.
