Herts Mind Network is recruiting four Employment Advisors to deliver the Connect To Work programme across Hertfordshire. You will support individuals with mental health challenges to secure and sustain paid employment, using the IPS model and building partnerships with local employers to create opportunities aligned with their skills and aspirations.

• Experience delivering 1:1 and group person-centred employment support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group employment support to individuals seeking work.
• Deliver 1:1 and group employment support to individuals continuing work.
• Liaise with employers to identify opportunities for individuals.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of activity and impact.
• Promote high-quality, person-centred support aligned with HMN values.
