Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist for an NHS role in West London. You will provide advice, coaching and support to clients with mental health conditions seeking paid employment, following IPS principles.

Working within a multidisciplinary community mental health team, you will engage with mental health professionals, employers and other agencies to support clients’ employment goals and ensure accurate records in line with IPS fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team delivering IPS-based employment support.
• Engage in supervision to achieve high fidelity within IPS service.
• Develop and deliver practical services: career guidance, CV prep, benefits advice, work coaching.
• Advise staff on employment needs of service users and signpost to other services.
• Build relationships with local employers and keep up-to-date labour market information.
• Collaborate with Job Centre Plus and training providers to meet client needs.
