Qualifications

• Dietitian with experience of working with people with mental illness.
• Support service users within the hospital's secure mental health and learning disabilities services.
• Work as part of a uni-professional and multi-professional team.

Responsibilities

• Dietetics assessment and care planning for service users with mental health and learning disability needs.
• Provide nutrition support and education to individuals and groups within Thornford Park.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical and psychologist colleagues to optimise patient outcomes.
