Job summary

Elysium Healthcare at Thornford Park is seeking a compassionate Dietitian to support service users in secure mental health and learning disability settings. You will deliver dietetic services, assess, plan, implement interventions and evaluate outcomes within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role offers clinical supervision, training opportunities and strong teamwork, with a part-time schedule of 22.5 hours per week. HCPC registration and a Dietetics qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Dietetics.
• HCPC Registration is required.
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 & CPA.
• Experience of working in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop dietetic clinical services both on an individual and group basis.
• Complete assessments, plan, implement intervention and evaluate outcomes as per care pathways.
• Maintain accurate patient records and care notes in line with standards.
• Establish effective communication with patients, carers and staff.
• Provide training and education as part of the role.
